Shipping policy

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Available shipping services and rates are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. We do not currently offer international shipping, local delivery, or in-store pickup.

Order processing
We aim to prepare and ship paid orders by the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If an order needs more time, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping services and cost
Depending on your address and order, checkout may offer UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you place your order. Some services may be unavailable for certain destinations or packages. UPS Ground Saver may be delivered by USPS for the final part of its journey.

Delivery estimates
Delivery dates and transit times shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. They include the available fulfillment and carrier information and may change because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. Choosing an expedited service shortens the carrier transit time but does not change the order processing time.

Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package. UPS Ground Saver tracking may show a USPS number if USPS completes final delivery.

Address changes and delivery problems
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact SaoThai as soon as possible with your order number; we cannot guarantee an address change after an order has shipped. If a package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us through the store’s Contact page and include your order number so we can help investigate.
